During his tenure, he played a key role in the company’s transition to private ownership and spearheaded initiatives focused on client satisfaction and operational excellence. Under his leadership, athenahealth achieved record-high Net Promoter Scores and client retention rates, culminating in a successful recapitalization for $17 billion in 2022. He previously held executive roles at VMware, leading their Professional Services business in the Americas. Earlier in his career, he honed his strategic and operational expertise as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in high-tech business transformations.
